Wedding Testimonial
from Karl & Nikki
We first met Karen at an open day held at our venue, immediately we felt like she was the perfect celebrant for our day. Our instincts were right and Karen couldn't have been better for us. She helped massively with the writing of the vows which we were struggling with at first. She wrote the full ceremony tailored to us & being an outdoor relaxed wedding Karen also come up with the idea of playing Mr & Mrs Game during the ceremony which kept it very light hearted and fun for everyone. The ceremony was delivered perfectly and having all of this printed for us to keep as a gift at the end was also a great touch. Highly recommended from us, Karen is the perfect all round celebrant.

Funeral Testimonials
from family members
After the sudden loss of our Dad, there was only one person we had in mind to be our celebrant for his funeral.
We were originally told by our funeral directors that Karen was unavailable but as she has lead previous family funerals, she moved her diary about so she could take on Dad's too.
She made calls over the weekend to schedule our appointment. She came later in the evening to plan the service, so both my sisters could be there.
When Karen asked if we wanted the Lord's Prayer, we were undecided but given our Dad was a massive Arsenal supporter, Karen suggested the Footballers Prayer. This fitted perfectly with his send off. She then asked if there was a specific colour? We said an Arsenal shirt, or just something red!
On the day of the service, Karen wore her coat into the chapel and all we saw was her red scarf.
It wasn't until she took off her coat and she thoroughly surprised us all, as she was wearing an Arsenal shirt!
This was beyond our expectations and we all felt it was incredibly thoughtful of her.
We feel as family, we struck gold with Karen! We cannot thank her enough, along with Aaron and the team at White's.
We would highly recommend Karen to friends and family.
“I would just like to say a big thank you for conducting my mum’s funeral with such dignity and feeling, everything was just how I had hoped it would be.”
“A heartfelt, personal thank you to you for helping us through a sad day on Monday. Your sincere and caring manner meant so much to us.”
“A huge thanks for everything that you did for us last Friday. I felt such peace and even happiness during the service and that was a lot to do with your calming influence. It was so reassuring knowing that you were behind me when I spoke, it gave me the courage and confidence to see it through and I’m so glad I did.”
“Thank you for making the service both comfortable and comforting in our sad loss. We realise that the celebrant can make or break such a sad event, and you bought us peace and warmth, despite our grief. I’m sure bereaved and grieving families will find great comfort in your presence and the vitally important role you hold.”
“The service was most excellent, exactly what mum would have wanted. Thank you for collating all our thoughts and discussions into such a lovely tribute, really appreciated and helped a difficult day be a little less difficult.”
“I would like to pass on my thanks for all the care and attention and the wonderful service you helped provide. My mum says it was the loveliest funeral she’d ever been to and she says if she is still down here when her turn comes, she would like you to be the celebrant for her. I can’t express how grateful we are to you for helping make an incredibly sad day into one that we look back on with fondness.”
“I just want to thank you for your sensitivity, kindness and professionalism during the funeral service on Friday. I felt a real rapport with you and was so glad that it was you that conducted the service. I felt that it really reflected the man that my husband was, and I am sure that he would have approved.”
